I’m a product designer at Microsoft, designing AI agent experiences for Engage, one of the largest enterprise community platforms. I grew up in theperiferia
of Brasília, and came into design through systems development and a government support desk, where I learned that empathy isn’t a method. It’s proximity.Since then I’ve spent 8+ years shipping 0→1 products across fintech, gaming and e-commerce, from Gamers Club’s best-selling product to cutting Pagar.me’s most frequent support cases by 65%. Today AI runs through my entire workflow and I ship code alongside the design, without forgetting the human on the other side.
